How do I track my order?
We send all our happy mail using normal mails so as to cut down the shipping cost. So there will not be any tracking.
How long will the shipping takes?
We are located in Singapore. Shipping in Europe, US and UK areas usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping to neighboring countries usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
What is the cutoff for subscription?
The cutoff for physical kit is 8th of every month and the cutoff for digital kit is 14th of every month.
When will the subscription kits being sent?
The physical kit is sent on 9th of every month and the digital kit is sent on 15th every month.
What is the minimum subscription period?
There is no minimum subscription period and you may cancel your subscription through paypal anytime you want.
